On the afternoon of September 25th, the 'Three-fixed Lesson Preparation' activity for upper-grade primary school math in Yingjiang District was successfully held in the school auditorium, which was presided over by Wang Pingfeng, Head of the mathematics teaching group of the Primary School Division and attended by math teachers from all schools in Yingjiang district, including those from Grades Five and Six.
To be concrete, the activity began with a classroom presentation by two teachers: teacher He Ting from our school presented the lesson 'Possibility - Who Will Go First', whose classroom teaching was 'clear' in that the language, teaching aids and teaching process were all well-organized. Meanwhile, she integrated 'ideological and political education' into the mathematics class, making it a highlight of the class. On the other hand, teacher Fang Ying from Health Road Primary School taught the lesson 'Characteristics of Multiples of 2 and 5', whose classroom teaching was well-structured, with both teaching and exercise designs taking into account students' individual differences. Additionally, intelligent teaching was employed to enhance the classroom experience, thus demonstrating the deep integration of modern technology and traditional mathematics classrooms.
To sum up, during the interactive session, the participating teachers spoke freely and openly, expressing their own opinions and viewpoints based on their observations of the lessons. More remarkably, Jiang Ling, Deputy Director of the district research office and the mathematics research instructor for primary schools, conducted a detailed analysis and summary of the two Lessons, believing that the two teachers' classes fully showcased the transformation of teaching concepts in line with the times, breaking through the limitations of traditional mathematics classes, and carrying out meaningful teaching explorations. Therefore, she encouraged teachers to explore more, think more, be bold in innovation, create efficient classrooms, and contribute to the overall improvement of mathematics teaching levels in their daily teaching.
